Peter Botten
Executive Chairman
- Extensive worldwide experience in the oil and gas industry, having held various senior technical, managerial and board positions in a number of listed and government-owned bodies.
- Previously Chairman of AGL, Australia’s largest energy retailer, and former Managing Director of Oil Search Limited, overseeing its development into a major ASX-listed company from 1994 until 2020. Previous Chairman of Aurelia Metals (ASX:AMI) from 2021 to 2025.
- Presently Chairman of Karoon Energy (ASX: KAR) since 2024 (director since 2020).

Miltos Xynogalas
Founder, Managing Director & CEO
- Geoscientist with over 30 years of upstream experience, at least half of it gained in Indonesia.
- Prior to founding Conrad, worked for Shell International, Premier Oil and Transworld Oil in roles ranging from technical and operational to supervisory and managerial.
- The main focus of his career has been exploration and development projects and, more recently, business development, particularly in Indonesia.
- Has been involved in major discoveries in South East and West Africa.

David Johnson
Executive Director & COO
- Geoscientist and General Manager with 41 years of E&P experience across the full spectrum of upstream activities: exploration, development, production, business development and decommissioning.
- Has worked in Australia, the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East with BP, Shell, Woodside, Mubadala Petroleum and Ophir Energy/Medco Energi, with his career focused on project appraisal, development and production.

Paul Bernard
Non-Executive Director
- Retired Goldman Sachs partner and private investor; during his 19-year career at the firm he was a top-rated Asian energy & chemicals analyst as well as co-Director of Asia Pacific Investment Research.
- CFA charterholder and member of the firm's Asia Management Committee, and its first Chairman of Diversity for Asia.
- Since retiring from Goldman Sachs, has been an early-stage investor in and advisor to a number of companies.
- Current directorships include Biotech Acquisition Co, Sandbox International Holdings Ltd, Sandbox Edutainment Holdings Ltd, Castle European and TTS Advisors Pte Ltd.

Jeremy Brest
Non-Executive Director
- Founder and Managing Director of Framework Capital Solutions, a Singapore boutique corporate finance advisory firm focused on structured private transactions.
- Over more than 15 years has served as sole financial advisor on debt restructurings, private credit transactions and M&A transactions around the world.
- Prior to founding Framework, worked at Goldman Sachs in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and led the Indonesian credit structuring team for Credit Suisse in the wake of the Asian financial crisis.

- Nearly four decades of experience working, analysing and investing in energy projects around the world.
- Currently an Advisor to the Board — Corporate Development at Pantheon Resources (London AIM-listed company).
- Previously Founding Partner and Vice President of Business Development for Great Bear Petroleum, which operates oil and gas properties on the North Slope of Alaska.
- First Vice President — Head of Energy Research Asia-Pacific at Merrill Lynch Inc., supervising research across 10 Asia-Pacific countries covering oil and gas, utilities, refining and marketing, and petrochemicals.
- Prior to Merrill Lynch, served as Director of Energy Research at HSBC Securities and as a Senior Energy Analyst with ANZ Securities; began his oil and gas career in exploration with Woodside Petroleum.

Sally Ting
General Counsel
- Sally has more than 25 years of experience in legal, advisory and business development roles across the Asia-Pacific region. She spent over eight years in private practice with leading law firms, including Mallesons and Milbank LLP, and more than 20 years with oil and gas companies holding assets across Southeast Asia, including Salamander Energy and KrisEnergy. She has held General Counsel and senior regional roles, advising on M&A, commercial, finance, regulatory and dispute matters.

Harsh Murarka
Financial Advisor
- Harsh is an experienced energy corporate finance and investment banking professional with 16 years’ experience across capital raising, M&A and corporate finance in Asia Pacific. Harsh started his career with the M&A team at Lazard and has subsequently held senior investment banking roles at Pareto Securities and Natixis covering energy investment banking in Asia. He has also previously held CFO and Head of Corporate Finance roles with HBA Future Energy and GAINN Group. Harsh brings diversified transaction experience having closed 50+ deals (~$6bn deal value).

- Patricia brings over 25 years of experience in finance and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) across the Asia-Pacific region, including more than 15 years specializing in the oil and gas sector in Southeast Asia. She has extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering, and financial governance. Previously, Patricia served as Manager, Finance and HR at Mandala Energy Ltd and Premier Oil Far East Limited (currently Harbour Energy), where she oversaw finance and HR operations, supported regional business activities, and ensured compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Danial
Murtadho
Acting GM, WNEL
- Danial brings 25+ years of experience in Indonesian oil & gas, having led various gas commercialisations through his career. Danial has previously held senior roles at ConocoPhillips and Mubadala, having delivered three gas sales agreements worth over US$3bn, and has been closely involved in the delivery of a US$500m offshore gas project from FID through production and final abandonment. Danial’s unique experience of navigating the international oil and gas business conventions to the Indonesian oil and gas settings has enabled execution of various projects and transactions.

Eryanto
Effendi
GM, ONWA & OSWA
- Eryanto is an Indonesian upstream oil and gas professional with more than 30 years of experience across reservoir engineering, field development, production optimization, resource maturation, asset evaluation, and technical-commercial decision support. He spent over 13 years with PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia, most recently as Principal Reservoir Engineer and Reservoir Engineering Advisor, providing subsurface technical review and endorsement support for operated assets, partner-operated joint venture assets, and future block acquisition assessments. His broader experience includes senior technical and advisory roles with major international operators and subsurface consulting organisations across Indonesia and Malaysia, covering development planning, production enhancement, asset valuation, and acquisition screening.
